Shipping & Processing Times:

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once processed, orders are shipped via the carrier you choose at checkout and typically arrive within number of business days shown in the estimate.  
  • Delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates & Methods:

  • We offer standard shipping options at checkout.  
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on quantity, weight, packaging dimension, destination, and shipping method selected.  
  • Free shipping is NOT available, unless otherwise stated.

International Shipping:

  • We currently do NOT offer international shipping.  
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We only ship to the lower 48 US States.
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, restricted locations, or to any international (Non-US, Lower 48 States) addresses.  
  • Some items may have specific shipping restrictions due to legal or carrier limitations.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments:

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, carriers loosing shipments, or carriers causing damage to products.
  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days with your order details and photos of the damage (if applicable). 

Returns, Refunds & Replacements:

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements.
  • All products are sold as is and effort is made to package all items to prevent damage during transit.
